Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team. As we prepare for our Initial Public Offering (IPO), we need a strategic leader to manage our financial planning and analysis, provide expert guidance on financial strategy, and ensure the financial health and stability of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.
  • Play a key role in preparing and executing the IPO, including communication with investment banks, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage the company's financial performance and liquidity.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
    • Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience in a CFO or senior finance leadership role, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or technology industries.
  • Experience in preparing and executing an IPO is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and systems.
  • Proven leadership and ability to effectively manage a finance team.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
