This role involves significant contributions to the development of building components and systems that are central to our visionary goals.
Position Overview:
As a Civil/Construction Engineer at XHOME INC, you will play a crucial role on our product engineering team, focusing on advancing our existing and future automated, mass-produced housing projects. You will work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge solutions that combine high-volume production techniques with stringent construction standards. Your efforts will be key to creating superior homes and products that meet and exceed our customers' expectations and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a project engineering role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
    • Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience in a CFO or senior finance leadership role, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or technology industries.
  • Experience in preparing and executing an IPO is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and systems.
  • Proven leadership and ability to effectively manage a finance team.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
